Local Sales and Service
Our affiliation with community blood centers throughout the country means we have a strong local presence in the communities we serve. We have 33+ primary ordering locations and that number is growing. Our field sales staff and customer service staff work as a team to support our customers.

True 24-Hour-a-Day/7-Day-a-Week Responsiveness
We offer an unsurpassed level of service because we have staff on site 24 hours a day to meet customer needs. Whenever you need us, we are available and will be there to deliver the products and services you need.

Delivery/Shipping
BioCARE staff can deliver or ship products to customers throughout the country. We can ship ground, next-day, or even same-day to make sure product arrives when you need it.

Factor Consignment
BioCARE offers the convenience and cost-effectiveness of consignment programs to our customers. BioCARE field staff conduct on-site physical inventory counts at least once a month. These frequent, in-person visits ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely manner. Questions can be resolved on the spot and inventory adjustments can be made immediately.
