1. Meet with your BioCARE Account Manager to:

• Review product preferences and current volumes
• Determine products to be consigned and appropriate par levels
• Determine monthly in-person reconciliation schedule
• Establish invoicing preferences
• Complete Premier Consignment Agreement

2. Account Manager will review with hospital staff:

• Contact information
• Product storage locations
• Ordering
• Inventory reconciliation process
• After hours delivery instructions

3. BioCARE delivers product and program begins.
