Getting Started with Consignment

1. Meet with your BioCARE Account Manager to:
- Review product preferences and current volumes
- Determine products to be consigned and
appropriate par levels
- Determine monthly in-person reconciliation schedule
- Establish invoicing preferences
- Complete Premier Consignment Agreement
2. Account Manager will review with hospital staff:
- Contact information
- Product storage locations
- Ordering
- Inventory reconciliation process
- After hours delivery instructions
3. BioCARE delivers product and program begins.
